Drop-off took a long time because the agent was not trained properly in the procedures, the technology (such as password to enter her program wasn’t working etc.) and her 2 male colleagues were quite unfriendly, unsupportive and dismissive. While pickup was a very pleasant experience, drop-off became uncomfortable
