One problem. I do not understand why I was encouraged to only partial pay when making the reservation. After a week abroad, I was tired and under the impression that I had paid the full sum, and so was confused when I went to pick up my car, was told I still owed money, and was too tired to detect the amount being owed was less than the total for the entire week...Your employee was VERY patient and conciliatory, giving me ample opportunity to figure out what happened and rectify it.
