Meet and Greet (0)

15 minutes before you arrive at the airport, give Maple Manor a quick call to let them know you're coming on 01702 418650. When you get to the terminal, pull into the Short Stay car park, where your uniformed chauffeur will meet you. You can feel safe knowing they will be carrying ID and will take pictures of your car before you leave, so you can be sure the car will be returned to you in the condition you left it. Show the driver your flight information so they can note when you'll be back and they'll will park your car for you in Maple Manor's secured car park while you get your holiday started.
This is a non-flexible product, which means you can't make any changes to your booking, or get a refund if you need to cancel.
It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple Manor won't be able to drive it to the car park, and you also won't be able to get a refund.

If you park for longer than you booked, you'll be charged at a rate of £10 per day.

If you get back early, call Maple Manor as soon as you can. They need as much notice as possible to get your car ready so you aren't kept waiting. You won't get a refund for any unused parking time.

Maple Manor can only take cars that fit into a standard size parking space, which is 2.4m x 4.8m. You'll be charged extra if your car is too large. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats can't be taken for Meet and Greet services and will cost extra for other packages. To see if Maple Manor can take your vehicle, call us on 0800 093 5478.

During busy times, your car may stay in the airport's Short Term car park for an hour or so after you've dropped it off or before you pick it up.
Transfers
There are no transfers - your car is collected and returned to you right outside the terminal.
Directions
- Leave the M25 at junction 29 and take the A127 Southend Arterial Road into Essex - it's the first exit if you're travelling from the north, and the third exit if you're travelling from the south.
- Follow the road for about 20 miles, and continue straight onto Prince Avenue.
- Take the third exit at the large roundabout to stay on the road.
- Turn left at the traffic lights onto Rochford Road.
- At the next roundabout, take the second exit following signs for the airport.
- Take the second exit at the mini-roundabout.
- The Short-Stay car park is 200 yards on your right, where Maple Manor's driver will meet you.
