Good rental car, the Fiat panda was brand new
The process was smooth and easy. The car was almost new, clean. The personnel was efficient and professional. Return easy and fast. Maybe put more emphasis on the pre-existent damages, as there was one on mine but we had to look for it way longer than it should have taken if well noted. I understand the time saving for the company, but would appreciate the tires being checked before renting (the sign lit up right after location and I had to take care of it). As for fuel, receiving it almost empty makes it more complicated and difficult to manage: taking it full and giving it back full would be much more simpler and efficient for the client (for not to rush to the first gaz station, as fuel quality differ in Albania and we should have room to chose where to fill up the tank - the airport is more expensive). But overall, very satisfied! And note a car of this size is perfect for Albania curved and narrow roads.
