Please contact the hotel's reception on +353 61 478 700 to pre-book your transfer.
On arrival at the hotel car park, park in an available space.
Head to the main entrance reception area and ask for the next transfer bus, then proceed to the transfer bus pick-up point which is outside the hotel's main entrance. You can wait inside or outside the hotel for the transfer. There are 3 complimentary transfers daily, 7.30, 10.30 and 13.00 by taxi. Outside of these times, the hotel can arrange taxi for you which will be at a separate charge.
It is worth pre-booking your return transfer with the hotel upon arrival.

Directions
Leaving Shannon airport, at first roundabout take 1st exit onto Airport Road - N19 (signposted Galway, Limerick, Ennis)
At next roundabout take 2nd exit onto the N19
At Shannon town roundabout take 2nd exit on to N19 (signposted Galway Limerick)
At next roundabout take 3rd exit, then merge onto the N18 (signposted Limerick)
Take first exit off N18 (signposted Bunratty)
Continue forward to Bunratty Castle Hotel and Luxury Spa opposite Bunratty Castle and Folk Park.
