Please call Park and Fly when you are 15 minutes away from the terminal so that they can dispatch a driver to meet you. Please have your booking confirmation and reference number to hand.
Drop your car off at the Pick-Up zone and a member of the team carrying ID will meet you there. They will check the car for any damage and park it for you while you walk to the terminal - it's a 2-minute walk.
When you get back give the driver a call to let them know you're ready and your car will be returned to you where you were met on arrival.
This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus is not required.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £10 per day. Please note this is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/smaller than a transit van) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
