€10 airport fee, €20 extra from midnight onwards
The customer calls the driver hotline 30 minutes before arrival at Düsseldorf Airport and proceeds to the meeting point at departure gate number 10 at Terminal B and C.
The drop off and pick up service was very good, and the operative was very friendly and attentive. The only reason I give 3 stars and not 5 is that the advert stresses that there would be no added extras and yet we then had to pay the £8.00 parking ticket on arrival and on departure, which was unexpected.
