Suite à la prise en charge d'un véhicule via mon assurance, j'ai bénéficié d'un accueil chaleureux et d'une remise rapide d'un véhicule impeccable, tant au niveau de la propreté que de l'entretien. Lors de la restitution du véhicule, bien que mon assurance m'ait conseillé d'anticiper d'une heure l'arrivée du taxi, la procédure n'a duré que 15 minutes. L'attente avec mes trois enfants sous une forte pluie a été rendue agréable grâce à la proposition de patienter à l'intérieur, accompagnée d'une offre de café et de thé. Cette attention particulière a été très appréciée. Je n'hésiterai donc pas à faire de nouveau appel à vos services. Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement l'accueil de cette dame (dont je ne connais pas le prénom).
