Instructions

Arrive on the day of departure 10 minutes before the time you indicated when you made your reservation,
Ring the bell and enter or call the car park on the number provided on your confirmation text message that you will receive on the day of your departure,
Park in front of the reception desk and a driver will park your vehicle for you,
Go to the car park reception and tell them you are a TravelCar customer,
Estimated transfer time :
3 min on average to the airport
Reminder
Plan to arrive at the car park at least 2 hours before the end of your flight check-in time.
A supplement of €10 return is required for late arrivals or departures between midnight and 4am.

Hi after a slight mix up as to where the car was getting picked up from, it was collected on time and delivered back on time (although rather dirty, it looked like it had been on a rally) service was excellent and would definitely use again if we fly from Birmingham
