In case of modification of your arrival or return dates and times, you will have to contact the number of the valet company indicated in your reservation confirmation in order to check its availability;
Before validating your reservation, it is important to check the phone number given in your customer area;
When making your reservation, we advise you to indicate the color of the vehicle after the model. The valet will recognize your vehicle more easily;
In the case of an overrun, the payment must be made directly to the valet at the return of the vehicle.

On the day of your departure
15 minutes before your arrival at the airport, call your valet on the telephone number indicated on the booking confirmation email.
Your valet will be waiting for you at the drop-off point in the terminal of your choice.
He will help you with your luggage, provide a trolley if you wish and check your vehicle before taking it to the car park.
