The overall service is good. Instruction could be confusiong, but very acurate and able to follow. A video may be of help. Negatives: Advised to call and keep updating which is what I did. called them 5 times for the above, from the time of confirmed delayx2, landing, post passport control and post luggage pick up. Still had to wait 10 mins in the cold and dared to tell me "We have told you to give a ring once you have the suitcase". Overall, I would use them again but I would not use if there are similar service at similar price
