How to Find the Parking Garage:

1. Follow the Novotel signs from the street
2. Look for our orange P4RK signs with logo on the wall
3. Turn right and follow the street
4. After passing the ramp, turn right again
5. You'll see the parking entrance with our P4RK signage

How It Works – Fully Automated Access:

Entry:

• Upon arrival at the gate, call +41 44 688 01 02 from your registered phone number
• The system automatically recognizes your number and opens the gate
• No ticket needed – completely contactless!
• If the gate doesn't open immediately, stay on the line – an operator will assist you

Parking:

• Drive to level -2
• Park in one of the designated spots 264 to 303
• After parking, walk to the opposite side and turn left
• Take the elevator through the wide white door to the courtyard

Transfer to the Airport:

• Tram 10 and 12 take you directly to the airport in just 7 minutes
• Station: Lindberghplatz (right at the parking)
• Operating hours:

• To the airport: 4:51 AM - 11:30 PM
• From the airport: 5:10 AM - 11:39 PM

• Trams run every 5 minutes
• One-way ticket approx. (available at the station)
• From the courtyard, walk past the Novotel reception to the tram station

Return & Exit:

• Take the tram back to Lindberghplatz station
• Access the garage through the Novotel reception
• Take the elevator to level -1
• Walk down the vehicle ramp to level -2 on foot
• Drive your vehicle to the exit gate
• Call +41 44 688 01 02 again from your registered number
• The gate opens automatically
