Blue Circle has been operating for more than 10 years. Drop-off and pick-up at Short Stay. Stroll to check-in.
When you're around 30 minutes from the airport, give Blue Circle a call to let them know.
When you reach Terminal 5, stay in the left-hand lane for off-airport meet and greet. Look for your Blue Circle Handover Captain in the Short Stay car park.
You'll need your booking confirmation and return flight information, hand the Blue Circle team your keys and head into the terminal while your car is parked for you in a secured car park.
Once you've collected your luggage, call the car park to let them know you're ready to collect your car. Walk back to the Short Stay car park, collect your keys from the Blue Circle team and you're ready to head home.
This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus isn't needed.
The car park is in a gated compound and secured by:
All uniformed drivers are CRB checked and fully insured.
In August 2023, London's Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) expanded to include all terminals at Heathrow Airport. This is part of an initiative to help tackle air pollution.
If your vehicle doesn't meet ULEZ standards, you'll need to pay the daily ULEZ charge when driving through Heathrow – make sure you check before you travel.
Returning to a different terminal? Your car will be dropped off and collected from Terminal 5. If you're returning to a different terminal, call the car park directly the day before your booking starts, to let them know and give your return flight number. If you don't, you will not be able to change terminals.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £15 per day. This is subject to change.
Most standard cars will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.2m entry barrier. If your vehicle is larger than this, call the car park 20 minutes before you arrive and they can meet you at a different place.
Help us go green! There's no need to print out your booking confirmation, show it on your mobile device.
Make sure you don't enter the terminal forecourt as you'll be charged. Just head straight to the Short Stay car park where you drop off / collect your car.
Your car will be parked in a secured off-site compound while you're away.
Blue Circle is only available to take and return cars between 4am and 12 midnight.
During bank holidays, there may be some changes in how the parking works. Blue Circle will tell you about this if it affects you.
All airport fees are included.
