Free2Move Rent PALERMO RIOLO AUTOMOBILI

1. Go the Free2Move Rent RIOLO AUTOMOBILI S.R.L. dealership, at the address indicated above.
2. Once on location, ask to be directed to a Rent agent.
3. The agent will check your identity.
4. You will be asked to do the car inspection with your smartphone app.
5. You will be able to leave the location with the vehicle.

Few details about the rental car process

• The vehicle is provided to you with a certain gas level left by its owner, please ensure to bring the vehicle back at the same gas level. If this is not the case, we will charge you the gas difference.
• Please do a rigorous departure/return car inspection and return the vehicle clean (inside and outside). In case of non-compliance with this rule, a cleaning fee may be charged.

You will need to bring the following documents:

• Your credit card used for the deposit (it must be in the driver's name),
• A valid ID for each driver of the vehicle,
• A valid driver's license for each driver of the vehicle (in case your license is in a foreign language, thank you for presenting an official translation),

WARNING: Without these items, our agents will not give you the vehicle.

HOW TO REACH US:

Reaching our Palermo LA MALFA rental station,  is very easy: when you arrive at the airport, call us at (+39) 392 939 3896 from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:30 to 19:30 (Mon-Fri) and tell us by which means you will get to us; you can choose between bus, train or taxi sharing.

• By Prestia & Comandè bus: near the arrivals, with departures every 30 minutes, it allows you to reach us in about 20 minutes getting off at the first stop BELGIO. The cost of a ticket is 6€. You will find one member of our staff waiting for you; You will reach our rental station for free and in a very short time.

• By train: at arrivals, proceed to floor -1 and follow the signs. With an average of 2 trips per hour (€ 5.90 adults, € 3 children 4-11; free up to 4 years), it allows you to reach us quickly. Get off at the FRANCIA station. A member of our staff will pick you up and accompany you to our rental station.

• By taxi sharing services: just outside the arrivals ask for a taxi sharing. With 7€ per person, you can travel comfortably to the stop in Via BELGIO. Our staff will be waiting for you to accompany you for free at our rental location.
