Meet & Greet drop off Procedure
Step 1- Please call us on 07497577531 when you are approximately 30 minutes away from your departure terminal. Please follow the directions below for your designated terminal.
Step 2- Please take a picture of your mileage
Step 3- Please validate your car park ticket £7,50 This is payable by yourself. The driver will show you where to validate your ticket.
If unsure and or you get lost do not exit the car park. Park up when it’s safe to do so and please call us on 07497577531, we will be happy to help.
Unless otherwise approved, any changes to a reservation will incur an amendment fee of £10.00. If you need to change your car information, contact information, email address, flight number (if it was misspelt or unknown when you booked your reservation), first or last name, there is no fee. In case of additional parking requirements starting from the day of your return there is charge payable of £15 per day. If you fail to notify us 24 hours before the return date and time you will incur a £25 charge.

Je regrette une attente d'une vingtaine de minutes environ lors de la remise du véhicule, pour le retour moins d'attente mais il faudrait être plus précis dans le lieu de rendez vous. Il serait souhaitable que les photos prises à la réception du véhicule soient envoyées au propriétaire afin d'éviter tout litige éventuel.
