Drive to Terminal 4 Short Stay Car Park, Level 2. A member of the team will meet you, take your car, and you can walk to the terminal.
When you get back, call the car park after collecting your luggage, head back to the meet point, and pick up your car.
From 1st June 2026
Drive to the Crowne Plaza T4 car park (Level -1). Call when you're 15 minutes away, park up, and check in at the Maple desk. Then walk to the terminal using the covered walkway.
Call once you have your luggage, then follow signs to the Crowne Plaza via the covered walkway. Head to Level -1 and collect your keys from the Maple desk.

No problem. For an extra fee, you can add a return upgrade for the terminal you're flying into, and a friendly driver will meet you there with your car. You can add this when you book.
This service is ideal for anyone with accessibility needs, as a shuttle bus is not needed. It's also great if you're travelling with heavy bags or young kids – just drop your car and stroll to check-in.

London's Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) includes all terminals at Heathrow Airport. If your vehicle doesn't meet ULEZ standards, you'll need to pay the daily ULEZ charge when driving through Heathrow – make sure you check before you travel.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.
Most standard cars will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.05m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). Prices are for cars only. If you're parking a van, lorry, caravan, trailer or mobile home you'll be charged extra. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats can't be taken for Meet and Greet services.
Make sure you leave enough time for the team to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage.

Réservation facile Parking P3 très bien placé et assez de places pour se garer. La barrière s'est levé de suite car j'avais un compte Indigo qui me pause plus de problème qu'autre chose. Cette plateforme est simple et j'ai eu le service client facilement au téléphone. Top rien à redire

Alles hat von der Reservierung über die Kennzeichenerkennung bis zur Ausfahrt bestens geklappt. Sehr sauberes Parkhaus, kurze Wege und alles zu einem fairen Preis.
Tout était parfait. Proximité du Terminal 1, sécurité du parking, accès facilité avec lecture de la plaque d’immatriculation. Je suis partie l’esprit tranquille 😉

La sortie n'a pas fonctionné automatiquement. Il a fallu appeler... Et c'est la 2ème fois que ça se produit!
J’avais réservé du 2 au 5 avril retour à minuit 30 et j’ai eu la surprise de payer 15,90 car ils m’ont compté un Jour de plus. Min retour était le dimanche 5 a 00:30 Sur le site il aurait été bien d’y avoir une notification à ce sujet car rien n’était mentionné quand on dépasse l’heure d’arrivée de minuit . Sinon le parking était parfait d’où les 3 étoiles .
