From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road.
Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
Again, keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
On the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the Short stay car park entry barriers.
Take the barrier ticket and enter the carpark.
Entering the car park on Level 4, keep RIGHT for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and then park your vehicle in Row B.

Continue down the lane and at the end of the lane on the left hand side you will see a sign on the floor marked Permit Holders park your vehicle there, here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket. Terminal 5- Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 2GA Follow the signs for Short stay Car Park found on the right hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout. After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, you will see a sign on the left-hand lane marked LEVEL 4. Stay in this lane which will take you straight to a set of barriers. Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones R to S. Park your vehicle in these designated areas which is sign posted in these zones as Off Airport Meet & Greet. Le fléchage du Terminal 1 vers Super Eco ne nous a pas paru évident et mériterait d'être améliloré.

C'est génial avec la reconnaissance de la plaque d'immatriculation...rien a faire, juste a s'approcher ni meme a incerer le ticket, et surtout très rapide.

Prestation OK. Amélioration à faire sur la lecture de plaque et de QR code qui ne permet pas d'ouvrir l'accès barrières, obligeant à appeler le gardien.

Parking pas évident à trouver en voiture et encore moins à pied . Il manque des indications pour trouver le parking sans hésiter . Le parking n'est pas assez découpé zone permettant de retrouver facilement sa voiture . Les zones sont trop grandes et les places , non numérotées .

On a demander de l'aide pour sortir la barrière ne s'ouvrait pas .
Réservation en deux clics, lecture de plaque minéralogique à l'entrée et ticket à la sortie, tout est clair et rapide. C'est ma deuxième expérience et certainement pas la dernière. Je recommande.

Des l entrée le QR code n a pas été pris en compte j appoelle la dame me demande le code que je n avais pas vu inscrit sous le qr comme je cherchais et qu elle a estimée que j étais trop lent au lieu de me donner l emplacement elle m a raccrochée au nez cette impolie je cherche , je trouve et là elle m ouvre fin et à pied un peu loin je suis venu chez vous car c est ouvert 24/24 hsîon il y avait plus près et transport et moins cher
Bonjour, parking au top , et recul de notre heure de sortie car notre vol de retour a été décalé l'après midi au lieu du matin , donc parking très sérieux

Très pratique ...rien à faire. A l'arrivée vous vous approchez et la barrière s'ouvre toute seule. Le départ est identique. A savoir: Très pratique. Vous pouvez arriver 4h avant si vous avez de l'avance et si vous avez un retard de vol 4h apres pour repartir
Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de navette. Sinon c'est bien et a un prix raisonnable.

Facilité pour trouver le parking. Avec l'enregistrement de la plaque minéralogique pas besoin de papier, la barrière s'ouvre toute seule après lecture de celle-ci. Possibilité de se garer dans le parking couvert. Très bien et prix abordable.
