Airport entry and exit fees, where applicable, are not included in the price. A current exit fee of £4 applies on arrival and £4 departure so please bring this with you.

The car park holds the Park Mark award and Buy with Confidence, has 24-hour CCTV, gates/fences and regular patrols.

Instructions

Please call us on the number provided in booking confirmation when you are 30 minutes away from the airport. If the number is busy, please keep trying. If you still can’t get through, please then send us a text message (voicemails are not checked).

Please Note: The Manchester Airport drop-off zone entry & exit fees are not included (£5 upon entry & £7.50 upon exit).

M90 drivers will meet you at the drop-off zone at the relevant terminal for your trip. Please do not drive into the drop off zones earlier than the time you agree with the driver when you call, as this may incur a £25 fine from the airport payable by the customer. There is a 10 minute restriction on waiting in the drop-off zone. After this time, please drive round and park up in the short stay car park to avoid the £25 fine. If you are unsure as to what to do, please give us a call.

Directions

Terminal 1 Drop-off:

Go to Terminal 1 Departures A, bear left along side the Clayton Hotel and drive up the ramp signposted Terminal 1 Departures A. At the top of the ramp, please follow the signs for drop off zone and pull into one of the drop off bays.

Terminal 2 Drop-off:

Go to Terminal 2 Drop Off Zone. This is clearly signposted when you approach the big roundabout with the multiple flag poles in the middle of it.

Do not follow signs for "MAG MEET & GREET".

Terminal 3 Drop-off:

Go to Terminal 3 Departures. Drive to the set down area which is located directly outside the main walk in entrance of the terminal itself.

Reminder:

£10 surcharge for bookings which fall on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Years Eve . On arrival/Return or both.

we advise you to arrive at the car park at least an hour before your flight check-in.
It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner/customer driving to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and has a valid Road Fund Licence. Vehicles that are not road legal or safe to drive may be refused.

A £10 late fee per hour will be charged for the late appointment. Return late fee doesn't get charged up to 3 hours and then Up to 24 hours and for each 24 hours thereafter (or part thereof) = £20.00 (no hourly rate available)
