Drive to the barrier and your number plate will be recognised. The entry barrier will lift automatically and give you a ticket. Head to reception where you'll need to give the team your booking reference and car keys, as they'll park it for you in a secured site nearby.
From the car park catch the included shuttle bus to the terminal. It runs 24 hours a day every 10-12 minutes and takes 7-12 minutes.
On your return catch the shuttle bus back to the terminal. Collect your keys from reception and drive to the exit barrier which will lift automatically. If it doesn't rise press the intercom button for assistance and quote your reference number.
The car park's shuttle bus is wheelchair-friendly. On your arrival let one of the team know and they can ensure the car is returned as close to reception as possible.
