Can I return the vehicle outside the opening hours of the rental site?

If you rented a connected 24/7 vehicle with a virtual key on your smartphone, you can return the vehicle outside of opening hours. If you rented a standard vehicle, it is not possible to return the vehicle if the agency is closed. Some agencies have solutions like a 'key box.' We suggest you contact your agency to find out if they have such a solution. In any case, please be aware that the vehicle remains your responsibility until the agency opens and the keys are retrieved by them
