Orange Parking Meet and Greet

Call the Orange Parking Meet and Greet 20 minutes before your arrival at the airport on the number provided on your confirmation email. When you make this call, you may be directed to meet the chauffeur at the front of the terminal building at the drop-off area. You'll ve given a receipt and Returns Instruction slip for when you're back - make sure you keep this safe. Once you've been checked in and handed over your keys, head straight to check-in.

Alternatively you may be asked to drive into the Short Stay car park. Once you have entered the Short Stay area, take the very first turning on your left into the Red car park. Drive up to the barrier, collect a ticket at the barrier (to give to your chauffeur) and follow the outer perimeter of the car park around, until you come to a Covered Walkway. Pull up and park opposite where the motorcycles are parked, generally opposite rows O and P and your chauffeur will book you in from here.

Customers need to put £2.80 into an envelope marked with their car's registration number and hand it to the car park representative. This pays for the entry to the safe car park where your car will be parked for you.
Orange Park and Ride only accept bookings for times between 04.00 and 23:45. Please do not book this service if you need to arrive or depart outside of these hours, as the car park will not honour your booking.
Your vehicle may be moved between Orange Park & Ride's two sites, a distance of no more than 6 miles.
If you have a child or children in child seats please inform the car park when you make the phone call 20 minutes prior to your arrival.
Please note that you must have your return flight number, time and date and the key to your vehicle at hand so you can be booked in smoothly.
Young children must remain in the vehicle until the car park representative has finished the paperwork and is ready to transfer your car to the car park.

- Join the motorway roundabout and take the fourth exit onto Thremhall Avenue.
- From Thremhall Avenue, join the Priory Wood Roundabout. Follow the signs to the terminal from here.
- Drive to Departure level at the terminal where your driver will be waiting for you.
