You are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment.

Anweisung

Drive up to the barrier, which will recognise your number plate and rise automatically. If the barrier doesn't raise, press the intercom to speak to someone at the car park. Don't press the green flashing button as this is for customers who've not booked.

Park in any space and keep your keys. From the car park it's a short walk to T1.

We recommend removing any hand sanitiser from your car while you're away - during hot weather it can become flammable.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 6 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £25 per day, which is subject to change. If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Transfers
No need for a transfer, customers walk through to the terminal though a covered walkway.
Directions
From the M56

- Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and keep right, following signs for T1 and T3.
- At the traffic lights go straight ahead for T1, passing the Hilton Hotel on your left.
- At the first roundabout go straight ahead.
- At the second roundabout take the 3rd exit onto International Approach.
- Proceed down International Approach and enter the car park under the sign ‘Multi Storey' on the left-hand side.

Bitte erneuern Sie Ihre Beschreibung. Es war leider schlecht ausgeschildert. Dies liegt wahrscheinlich an der Renovierung. Wir waren auf der Suche nach dem Ausgang. Laut Beschreibung grosse weisse Tür 🤔 Diese konnten wir nicht finden. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden und würden dort wieder parken. Danke

Sehr gute Anbindung zum Flughafen mit der Tram. Anreiseinfos sehr gut. Leider ist die Beschilderung im Parkhaus (Ein-/Ausgang) nicht vorhanden und es ist nicht klar ersichtlich welche Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen.

Preis war angemessen. Buchungsvorgang in Ordnung. Schlechte Angaben zum Finden des Parkplatzes! (Beschriftung der Garageneinfahrt, Kennzeichnung der Parkplätze, Beschreibung des Ausgangs). Schlechte Angaben zum Vorgang beim Abholen des Autos (Keine Info darüber, dass man ins 1. UG mit dem Lift und dann ins 2. UG weiterlaufen muss. 2. UG funktioniert im Lift nicht.) Gut: Telefonische Unterstützung bei Problemen.

Günstiger Tiefgaragenstellplatz in der Nähe des Flughafens (7 Minuten mit der Tram entfernt). Einfache Kommunikation bzw. Handhabung des Zugangs. Bei Fragen steht ein Ansprechpartner per Hotline zur Verfügung.

Parkplätze schlecht lokalisierbar, da keine genaue Angabe gemacht wurde, welche Parkplatznummern verwendet werden können. Ausgang ebenfalls auf Grund der Beschreibung nicht zu finden.
