When you arrive at the car park the barrier will raise automatically and you’ll be directed where to park.
When you’re ready to head to the airport take the included shuttle to the terminal – it’ll take around 10 minutes to get you there and runs on demand.
Unfortunately there are no accessible spaces at the car park, but you will have to option of parking close to the entrance if you need to.
The car park has 24-hour surveillance and is secured by:

Please take any valuables with you and try not to leave them in the car.

It would be most helpful if you include a map for drop off and return of the car. We have been walking up and down the terminal 1 at Lisbon for 45 minutes before we were helped by a staff member of the airport. As the people of the parking service did not speak English (and we no Portugese they were not able to explain over the phone where we had to go. Otherwise your service is outstanding and we’ll sure to use it again in the future. Also the additional service of cleaning i side and out was done perfectly!
