Long Stay + Express Drop Off (0)

When you arrive at the Express car park, pick a space and unload your bags - you'll have up to an hour to do this. You won't have to take a ticket when you enter as the barrier will read your number plate and lift automatically. The same will happen when you leave and you will not have to pay. Make sure you don't insert a credit or debit card into the barrier at any time or you may be charged for your parking again.

Then, when you're ready, make the short drive to the Long Stay car park. Take a ticket at the entry barrier, which will lift to let you through. Drive in, park your car in a space and head to the terminal - it's a 5-minute walk. Make sure you keep your ticket somewhere safe, as you'll need it when you come back.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £12 per day. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles or vans) will be accepted at the car park as long as they have less than 8 seats and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
Transfers
It's a 5-minute walk to the terminal from the car park.
Directions
- The airport is 10 minutes from Newcastle city centre on the A696.
- Turn right at the roundabout into the airport complex (or left if you're coming along the A696 from the north)
- Take the second exit at the next roundabout and follow the signs for the Express car park to drop off any passengers/luggage.
- Then drive to the long-term car park, following signs and park your car where it will stay while you're away.
