We’ve been listening to your feedback and resurfaced the car park, plus we’ve added a brand new paved section, upping the number of spaces from 850 to 1, 300!
When you arrive a member of ShortRun’s friendly team will meet you, check you in and let you know where to park – you won’t even need to get out of your car. You’ll receive a ticket telling you what to do when you return, so keep it safe as you’ll need to show it to the bus driver when you get back.
Catch the shuttle bus once you’ve parked, it runs every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day. It takes 5 minutes to reach the terminal, plus it’s included in the price.
When you return just catch the bus from where it dropped you off, all you need to do is show the driver your ticket and you’re away!
Shortrun have 6 disabled spaces which are on a first come, first served basis (you do not have to leave a copy of your blue badge). If a blue badge space is required, then please add a comment to your booking, but you will also need to call the car park directly on 0121 794 2600, 24 hours before, so they can make sure there is space or try and get you as near as possible to where you get the bus.
The car park is secured by:
Maximum vehicle dimensions are 2m wide x 2.1m high x 5m long. The car park cannot accept any high-sided vehicles, minibuses, mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or vehicles larger than the above maximum dimensions. Vehicles with a taxi license plate can be parked on-site, but cannot use the Return Greet or Meet and Greet services offered by Airparks. Booking confirmations can be printed or shown on your phone or device.

Dommage qu il n y ait plus de navette pour le T2 ou T1 . Si possible de mettre plus de repère au sol ou sur poteau pour récupérer la voiture de jour !!! A part cela tout est bien 👍

Nous ne sommes pas arrivés à ouvrir la barrière à notre sortie , la dame qui nous a répondu a l’interphone a été très efficace et surtout très aimable et agréable , merci et félicitations pour elle .

Facile pour réserver, très bien organisé. Seul bémol, la plaque d'immatriculation du véhicule enregistré n'est pas noté au niveau du bon de réservation. Autrement très bien 🙏
Le fléchage du Terminal 1 vers Super Eco ne nous a pas paru évident et mériterait d'être améliloré.

C'est génial avec la reconnaissance de la plaque d'immatriculation...rien a faire, juste a s'approcher ni meme a incerer le ticket, et surtout très rapide.

Prestation OK. Amélioration à faire sur la lecture de plaque et de QR code qui ne permet pas d'ouvrir l'accès barrières, obligeant à appeler le gardien.

Parking pas évident à trouver en voiture et encore moins à pied . Il manque des indications pour trouver le parking sans hésiter . Le parking n'est pas assez découpé zone permettant de retrouver facilement sa voiture . Les zones sont trop grandes et les places , non numérotées .

Très loin du terminal 2 Sans navette de transport et le genou handicapé j’ai trouvé le chemin du retour bien loin

On a demander de l'aide pour sortir la barrière ne s'ouvrait pas .
Réservation en deux clics, lecture de plaque minéralogique à l'entrée et ticket à la sortie, tout est clair et rapide. C'est ma deuxième expérience et certainement pas la dernière. Je recommande.

Des l entrée le QR code n a pas été pris en compte j appoelle la dame me demande le code que je n avais pas vu inscrit sous le qr comme je cherchais et qu elle a estimée que j étais trop lent au lieu de me donner l emplacement elle m a raccrochée au nez cette impolie je cherche , je trouve et là elle m ouvre fin et à pied un peu loin je suis venu chez vous car c est ouvert 24/24 hsîon il y avait plus près et transport et moins cher
Bonjour, parking au top , et recul de notre heure de sortie car notre vol de retour a été décalé l'après midi au lieu du matin , donc parking très sérieux

Pour entrer , le QR code n’a pas fonctionné et nous avons pris un ticket pour pouvoir entrer. À la sortie , le QR code a très bien fonctionné
Très pratique ...rien à faire. A l'arrivée vous vous approchez et la barrière s'ouvre toute seule. Le départ est identique. A savoir: Très pratique. Vous pouvez arriver 4h avant si vous avez de l'avance et si vous avez un retard de vol 4h apres pour repartir
Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de navette. Sinon c'est bien et a un prix raisonnable.
