There might be a ‘p’ missing from their name, but it stands for the problems you won’t have when you use their fantastic service! With Saphire Trio’s Meet and Greet parking, everything is done for you, leaving you to enjoy your holiday, worry free.

As you approach London City airport, all you'll need to do is drive to the Short Stay car park, take a ticket at the barrier and park your car in one of the available bays. As you unload all your luggage, a Saphire driver will come over to meet you and you'll need to give them your keys before you go. Then, all you need to do is walk the short distance to check-in and catch your flight. As there are no transfers to worry about, disabled travellers should find this parking method much easier than having to deal with busses.

While you’re away, your car will be kept in a secured car park that's only 2 miles from the airport. Their car park has 24-hour patrols, barrier entry and has won the Park Mark award for its security, so you'll have peace of mind while you enjoy your holiday.

When you get back, collect your luggage and call Saphire know you’ve arrived. Then, walk to the Short Stay car park, where the driver will meet you with your car. You’ll also be given a ticket so you can exit the car park and you’ll need to pay £6 to leave.

There’s a 25-minute wait time allowed in the Short Stay car park.

You need to arrive as close to your booked time as possible. If you're 20-40 minutes late, you'll be charged £20 extra and if you're going to be 40 minutes late or longer, you should call the car park and let them know, otherwise they'll cancel your booking and you won't be able to get a refund.

Make sure you take all your valuables out of your car before you leave. The car park can't be held responsible for any valuables left inside the car.

The car park entrance is two metres high, so you'll need to remove anything on the roof of your car before you can get in.

Parking très bien, j’ai fait la réservation mais à l’arrivée de l’entrée du parking. Le système n’a pas reconnu. La plaque d’immatriculation nous a attribué un ticket Dans très payant en rentrant de notre séjour de trois jours il a fallu le PC de sécurité du parking qui est assez loin et avec la feuille, imprimer le numéro de réservation et le code tout s’est bien passé

Parfait pour les cours séjour ( 1 semaine ) Parking top , employés très sympathique. Seul bémol sauf erreur de ma part lors de la réservation — Vol T1 et Parking T2 - prendre le bus etc ça peut faire juste. Autrement RAS à refaire sans hésiter
