Multi-storey parking connected to the Eastern Docks. If you are planning a short break or a holiday using the Dover Ferry service to Calais or Dunkirk - book Dover Ferry Parking in advance and make a saving on the gate rate.
Security measures
Holders of the Secured Car Park Award and patrolled by Dover Harbour Board Police. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Instructions

Follow signs for the multi-storey car park.
The car park has an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, so make sure you enter your vehicle registration number correctly when you make your booking. You should bring your booking confirmation with you.
Drive up to the entry barrier. The machine will read and recognise your car registration number. The barrier will lift. Park your car in any space from level 3A upwards and transfer to the port.
If the barrier does not lift, press the button and quote your booking reference number.
Please note that the car park is under going some road works until the 18th July 2010.
If you stay for more days than you booked, you will be charged for the extra days at the car park's standard daily rate. If you stay for fewer days than you booked, you will not be given a refund.
If you're parking for less than 24 hours, you may pay more by pre-booking as we book in 24 hour slots instead of per day.
If you need help with anything, you can call a member of staff using the help button at the ticket machine.
Directions
Follow the M2/A2 or M20/A20 route to Dover and then signs for the Eastern Docks and the multi-storey car park. Both the A2 and the A20 will lead you right to the docks.

Très pratique, navette qui permet de rejoindre les terminaux facilement. Attention prévoir un peu de marge car le parking est assez occupé et très grand et on ne trouve pas de place très rapidement.
