To ensure maximum punctuality and safety, we ask you to arrive at the parking lot at least 3.5 hours before your scheduled departure.
If you arrive punctually at the time stated in your booking, our staff will already be waiting for you to unlock the entrance to the parking garage.
If you arrive at your parking space earlier than indicated - if there is no shuttle bus in front of the parking garage - we ask you to wait in front of the parking garage.
If you arrive at your parking space later than indicated - if there is not yet a shuttle bus in front of the parking garage - please contact us via HOTLINE in good time if you expect to be late
Once you have parked your vehicle in your allocated parking space and all the formalities have been completed, your luggage will be loaded.
Our free shuttle will take you comfortably to your departure terminal at the airport around the clock. Child seats, infant carriers and luggage are included. From 22:00 to 06:00 there is a night surcharge of 20 euros.
If payment has not been made via PayPal, credit card or direct debit, payment will be made on site in cash/EC card/credit card/PayPal by our staff.
