1. Introduce yourself the day of departure 10 minutes before the time you indicated when making your reservation,
2. You must present your confirmation email to the employee.
3. You will be able to park your vehicle at the designated place and keep your keys.
4. Introduce yourself to the car park reception stating that you are a TravelCar customer,
5. You will then be driven to the airport by shuttle bus.
The shuttle drops you off at the airport in 2 minutes on average.
Reminder: provide an arrival on the car park at least 2 hours before the end of the vote recording flight.

So professional and quick - polite attendants. The only critique I have is that I got in fairly late and my car was way at the back of the parking lot. I was the last one for the driver to drop off. It would’ve been appreciative if he had waited until I got into my car safely- as a single woman- a parking lot late at night isn’t exactly the safest feeling place. Thank you!
