The staff are friendly, the facilities are first-class and you've left all your worries behind; and that's before you've even left the Cruise Parking Ltd car park. It's near the port - transfers take 20 minutes depending on the terminal - and the excellent security facilities include 24-hour CCTV and a manned gatehouse. You'll be swimming in a sea of contentment before you set sail.
Security measures
Cruise Parking has a full time on-site management team and is part of an estate patrolled day and night by security staff. The site has 24-hour CCTV, security lighting and a secure perimeter fence.
Details of exactly where each car is parked are stored on a computer system, and all keys are kept separately inside an alarmed facility.
This car park has been awarded the Park Mark, a national security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers. To be awarded the Park Mark, car parks have to have modern security measures and be clean and well-lit.

Instruções

When you arrival at the car park a member of staff will advise you on where to park. You'll need to give them your booking confirmation and car keys and they will help with your luggage.

Once checked in, you'll be shown where to catch the shuttle bus to the port from. Transfers run every 30 minutes between 12 noon - 3pm and the journey takes about 20 minutes. If more than five people are travelling in one parking booking, you'll need to pay an additional £5 per person each way to and from the port. Once you're at the cruise terminal, the driver will unload the luggage and usually porters will load the luggage on trolleys for you.


The car park allows vehicles of any size. However, there is a surcharge of £2 per day for vehicles more than five metres long, including cars with trailers.
Transfers
The price includes return transfers for up to four passengers between the car park and the terminal. Additional passengers will have to pay £10 per person. Transfers take around 20 minutes depending on the terminal and run at varying intervals.

- Exit the M3 at junction 14, towards A33/Southampton.
- Continue onto A27.
- At the roundabout take the 3rd exit and stay on A27 heading towards London/Eastleigh.
- Take the A27 exit towards Romsey.
- Continue onto A27/Chilworth Road.
- Turn right onto Castle Lane and the car park will be on your right.
