1. One day before your arrival
One day before arrival, you will receive a text message from your dedicated driver, so you will have a mobile phone number to contact your driver if you are late or if you arrive too early.
2. At your arrival :
The driver will be waiting for you at the short-term parking zone in front of the check-in hall for the departures (Swiss side). He will recognize you by your vehicle and control number, which you will have to specify during the booking.
3. During your trip
Your vehicle will be safely parked in the car park located in Brühl (Hegenheimermattstrasse 119, 4132 Allschwil).
4. Pick-up your car
Upon return, the driver will be waiting for you just outside the exit at the arrivals hall. We monitor your return flight via an app, so it is important that you provide the correct return flight number so that we can detect delays.
