This position you will be responsible for the User Acquisition strategy planning and execution with your acquisition team. You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing

Missions : 

  • Step up our growth strategy to stay a pioneer in user acquisition

  • Create and manage UA campaigns for all F2M services in collaboration with acquisition team

  • Coordinate acquisition team to optimise campaigns efficiency & performance metrics (ROI/ROAS/CPAU/MAU/LTV) 

  • Work closely with marketing team (CRM, Social, Designers) to maximise the campaigns ROI and efficiency

  • Launch, optimize and scale campaigns on Facebook, Google and other ad networks

  • Build customer journeys with Product team  based on behaviour and data to automatised omni channel acquisition & activation campaigns

  • Improved ASO visibility and ranking of the application on the iOS/Android app stores 

  • Work closely with the designers team to produce impactful creatives to promote with efficiency our app 

  • Monitor budget evolution allocated to all acquisition campaign and adapt the investments according to our KPIs

Requirements

  • Experience in User Acquisition with good knowledge of user acquisition platforms (ASA, UAC, Facebook, Snapchat, Tiktok)
  • Creative, Energetic, engaged, committed, results-oriented attitude, a challenger driven by numbers and innovation

  • Ability to work in rapidly evolving organizations, uncertain and under-built environments, with different profiles and constraints originating from other teams and departments.

  • Experience working with data analyst, designers, project manager 

  • You have a strong analytical and experimental mindset and you like technical challenges

  • You are methodical and resourceful and constantly looking to learn and explore new practices,

  • Avid learner with a strong growth mindset

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
