This position you will be responsible for the Business strategy and performance of CarOnDemand. 

Your role will be to define, plan and lead the Business Growth strategy, to drive user growth, retention, upsell and revenue. Leverage data and insights to understand our customers and funnel in depth, identify areas of improvement. Think actively about the entire user journey, create ideas to improve user experience and conversion rates along the journey. Prioritize the ideas and experiments to achieve audacious growth goals.


  • Drive innovative, bold & ingenious global strategy in collaboration with the different teams (Acquisition, CRM, Communication, IT product, Operations, Partnerships, Customer Care, Sales and Finance )
  • Build and communicate a global roadmap to ensure transparency, alignment, and advocacy of the strategy, cultivating strong collaborative relationships with all services
  • Set up dedicated action plans (with the marketing department) to develop acquisition and retention with a strong ROI dimension, boost the usage of the service and ensure the follow-up of these action plans
  • Optimize customer journey with a constant focus on conversion, retention and referral. Improve the understanding usage and customer journey of our customers with data scientist and product teams in order to propose adaptations to the product (with customer care, data scientist and product team) and ensure its suitability to the market 
  • Oversee all acquisition channels, from paid to organic marketing, and partner with stakeholders to identify “top-of-funnel” growth strategies. Measure and monitor our strategy impact and effectiveness, including CPAU, MAU, NPS, LTV, Churners, Crashes.. ), report back on results and recommendations for improvements
