This short-term rental service, 100% digitized with the 24/7 service, offers Stellantis' vehicles to private and business customers on a single platform.

By the end of 2021, nearly 25,000 passenger and commercial vehicles will be available in Europe in 2000 branches, positioning Free2Move Rent as a local rental company with a dense network of branches.

Your mission

Reporting to the Central Operations Service, in collaboration with european teams, you are in charge of the training throughout various actions :

  • Standardisation of the training for every countries
  • Improvement and update of the presential and digital training 
  • Improvement of th etraining platform and development of the E-learning

    • Development of new teaching methods
    • Qualiopi certification, Audits' monitoring and OPCO requests, and educational assessment
    • Integration of our training on the Stellantis training platform

You work in conjunction with the trainers on educational content, follow-up of trainees, preparation of end-of-course reports, improvement of the participation rate and satisfaction ...

You support the team in the development of a training plan and coordinate the training schedule of the different countries

Who are you ?

Such an exciting and rich mission requires “powers” to match:

  • Graduated with a Bac +3/5 with a specialization ideally in Digital Communication
  • Involved, and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills and good adaptability, you know how to work in collaborative mode and you show your strength of proposal!
  • You have a creative and innovative spirit, and show a real interest in digital and new technologies
  • Fluent French and English (read, spoken, written) is required

Fluency in an additional language is obviously a plus!
