B2B Rent Business Developer


Free2Move, the Stellantis Group's mobility brand, was created in order to design universal mobility services and offer the most complete solution to everyone.

The main tasks are:


Increase the sales of B2B Mobility Solutions 

Being responsible for the sales results on both offers Rent & COD for B2B customers at the Europeen level

  • Develop direct sales to the end customers especially National & International Key Account customers
  • Management of the relationship with the road side assistant and the strategic key account
  • Develop the business RENT & COD within and outside STELLANTIS scope including relationships with importers and investors
  • Benchmarking competitors to keep one step ahead
  • Leading the relationship with local suppliers, partners and the various STELLANTIS Sales teams
  • Proposition of a commercial policy (incentive, PAYPLAN, POLCO, special operations…)

Develop sales and marketing actions on all the sales channels

  • Lead the relationship with local partners
  • Train/manage the local sales teams and help them in their sales with the customers
  • Realization and updating of business documentations (user guides, Q&A, customers presentation, sales pitches, video presentations…)
  • Be proactive on communication and marketing topics
  • Collect customer feedbacks, go to some exhibitions, participate to conference etc…

Manage the customer satisfaction

  • Management of KPI (NPS, satisfaction)
  • Follow-up of corrective actions with the Business and the operation teams
  • Analysis, evaluation and consideration of new customer requests related to the technical team


Main skill requirements

  • Business school + concrete experience in the short term or mid-term rental services
  • B2B sales experience for 5 years minimum
  • 100 % business and customer oriented
  • Knowledge of B2B needs
  • Ability to influence senior management
  • Relational ease
  • Technical fiber/ E-commerce/ Mobility/ Innovative services
  • Tenacity and determination to succeed in changing conditions
  • Rigor, autonomy
  • Fluent in French & English

Position based in France, Paris / Travel : 10% in EU & 90% in location's country
