Please arrive on the day of departure 30 minutes before the time you indicated when booking,
We invite you to call the shuttle 10 minutes before your arrival on the number provided by SMS.
Park your vehicle in the car park,
Go to the car park reception desk and tell them you are a TravelCar customer,
Leave your keys with the car park reception,
The shuttle will take you to your departure terminal. The journey takes an average of 10 minutes.
IMPORTANT: As the shuttle cannot carry more than 3 people in the same group, we invite you to drop off the other passengers at the airport before going to the car park.
Customers must give the correct arrival and return times. Customers who are more than one hour late will be charged €5 on the spot.
All departures and arrivals between 23.00 and 05.00 will be subject to a surcharge of 10 euros to be paid on site.
Reminder:
Plan to arrive at the car park at least 2 hours before the end of your flight check-in time.
The parking lot is open 24/7, however the shuttle bus stops from 11pm to 5am.
If no driver is available, a badge with a padlock code is given to the customer if they don't call ahead and arrive after 11pm.
