As part of its rapid growth and expansion in the US, Free2Move has launched carsharing operations in Washington DC and Portland OR with the goal of expanding to additional markets.
⭐ Job Description
Free2Move is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to support the growth and ongoing management of existing Carsharing operations in Washington DC and Portland, OR as well as future markets.
The Specialist will work closely with Local operations as well as Global marketing and product teams to plan, manage and execute marketing campaigns focused on member growth and retention. The primary focus of the Specialist will be Digital including social media (paid and organic), CRM (i.e. email/SMS) as well as other digital marketing platforms and channels, however, additional support on non-DIgital channels may be required. This role will report into the COO North America Carsharing.
Support development of acquisition strategies and campaigns
Copy development for multiple channels (SEO, social, email etc.)
Design briefs (Social, email creative)
Partnership identification, development and coordination (find new marketing channels/opportunities)
Content development (blog articles etc.)
Identify opportunities to driver member acquisition and retention
Develop business case to support investment
Lead activation through local and global tem coordination
Proactively monitor, analyze and track campaign performance, offering cross-retailer knowledge and optimizations.
Participate in broader cross functional marketing meetings and strategy sessions.
Continuously develop knowledge of digital and social best practices, landscape, and trends.
Serve as the local business dashboard owner. Track and analyze campaigns, channel and business data to inform planning; clearly communicate key learnings, actionable insights, and recommend new opportunities to test.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
3-5 years experience with digital marketing, advertising, analytics, and email marketing experience required
Basic understanding of email best practices, metrics and associated KPIs;
Familiar with dynamic content, segmentation strategy, and data connections as it relates to email marketing
Web management experience preferred - ecommerce, customer experience, SEO
Strong analytical skills; comfortable distilling data into insights to inform strategy, optimization opportunities, and measure performance of marketing programs
Passion for digital and active on mobile and social media platforms
Excellent project management, problem solving, and organizational skills
Proficient knowledge of Excel
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ambitious self-starter who enjoys a challenge and continuous learning
